Petrino hired Dorrell on March 28 from her position at the Razorback Foundation, to replace Dann Kabala. Dorrell had been serving as assistant director of women?s athletics at the foundation and was described on the UA website as the first female fundraiser there.

Dorrell?s annual salary in her new position is $55,735, according to UA spokesman Steve Voorhies. Her salary at the foundation, a private entity, could not be determined Thursday.

She is engaged to marry Josh Morgan, who is the director of operations for the UA swimming and diving team, according to a website that said it was created by the couple.

On Thursday evening, the website - morgan-dorrell.ourwedding.com - was no longer operable and shows a message: ?this site does not contain any usable pages.?

No, it isn't. Fucking a woman, having her apply for a job in which she's your immediate subordinate, then hiring her without disclosing to the university that you have a previous relationship with her is a violation of the university conflict of interest policy, thus says the AD.

In a normal State of the Union, this would be a conflict no doubt. But the way the Arkansas state laws and U of Arky labor policies have been described to me, it isn't. As it's been described to me, there's nothing inherently wrong (as judged by these two entities) with hiring your wife, son, mistress, etc. for a position that reports to you. If there's nothing wrong with doing so, then disclosing the fact that the hiree is your wife, son, mistress, etc. becomes moot.

He hired her over (I think it was) 155 other applicants while carrying on an inappropriate relationship...which he also hid. All of this is why many/most coaching contracts contain a "morals clause", which was violated according to the university...and they were well within their rights to do so according to their wording: "engaging in conduct, as solely determined by the university, which is clearly contrary to the character and responsibilities of a person occupying the position of head football coach or which adversely affects the reputation of the (university's) athletics programs in any way."

That's because they had to take it down because so many people were flooding it with negative messages. She's also had to take down her facebook page as well. She put herself in this position. I can't feel too sorry for anyone but mr. Morgan who finds out 2mos before his wedding that he's been played, in front of all of america and his fiancee has been screwing her boss

Better to find out 2 months before the wedding than 2 months after. Little less legal bullshit to kick her ass to the curb before the nuptials than after.
