Leadership is great, but my top priority for the LBs this year is fundamental soundness.

Ok, it is time this guy needs a little attention. His unit is consistently playing at the lowest level on the team, FOR TWO DAMN YEARS NOW. And I don't want to hear, "he is such a good recruiter though". Bullshit.

This guy is not worthy of coaching LBs at THE Ohio State University. He has talented guys to work with. He isn't getting the job done. Time to send his ass to Tejas.
