Bill Davis (LB Coach Arizona Cardinals)

Agreed on LB play. There is plenty of talent there, but their weakness (IMO) is that they don't know where they should go/flow, etc. I know they're fast enough, but not enough has sunk in on assignments, so their reaction times are longer than they should be. Agreed on Davis. If he cannot impart 'putting the LBs in position to make plays", then he needs to go. If Urb wants to keep him, demote him back to what position he filled before, but a proven quality hire (Markus Freeman?) is indicated here. Let's hope UFM doesn't go through another debacle like the Smith thing......go Bucks!

I would actually argue the LB's are far too aggressive.

They constantly bite on play action and mis-direction. They fly up to fill too early and miss their run fits.

To be fair, some of that brings good results but usually when they get beat it's due to a bad fill or a good playcaller using their aggression against them and hitting a wide open TE/back out of the backfield.

"Did I mention that I coached players on the following teams
I don't follow the NFL, but is this normal? Bouncing up and down at LB coach then DC then LB coach (yes, AZ was maybe a promotion), with a lot of 1 or 2 year stints?

Doesn't seem normal.
