I never wanted to see the 16 team super conferences but since that ship has sailed I would think Iowa State and Missouri would be logical choices for the B1G to pursue.
Geographically they fit, they have rivals in our conference and both are members of the AAA fitting the academic profile of every member of the B1G Conference. Kansas also meets those criteria, assuming Mizzou joins, as they are also an AAA institution. Rutgers, rumored in the past to have been B1G candidates is also an AAA school. Kansas State is not, nor is West Virginia.
I'm looking at who is likely available moreso than who I would like to see join. I am assuming Texas and Oklahoma (along with Okie State and Tech) are headed to the PAC. That pretty much means Big XII refugees, and perhaps Big East.
