Best Restaurant/Steak House in Cbus?

Ate at Hyde Park with some friends the other night. To be honest, it didn't live up to my expectations. I would go for Smith and Wolensky's or Ruth's Chris before I go back to Hyde Park. Also, I haven't seen anyone mention The Top here (upon further review it seems as if 3 yards and a cloud did). It is old school as you can get. I would recommend it if you haven't been there. The food won't blow you away but the atmosphere is different than anything else. You literally feel like you walked into a restuarant in the 1950's.

Outside of Columbus though, nothing I've had compares to Mastro's Steakhouse in Scottsdale.

Ruth's Chris, Mitchell's, and Hyde Park are probably all better; however, I go cheaper and (besides) I really like the steaks at:

I like the food at Outback, but the atmosphere is like a Friday's or something. If I'm going to pay that much to eat a steak I like a nice atmosphere. If you are going tier 2, I really like J. Alexander's. Good atmosphere, good service, and good food.
