Bengals versus Steelers, part III

Is there a better back-up QB in the league? He had a damn good year Carson's rookie season.
he's gotta be right up there. Ramsey is pretty good, tho I'd take kitna on my team for one game (not considering longevity).

bengals dodge a huge bullet with the poor pass by bettis... only to give up a simple TD pass up the middle by BR.

Come on Oiler, don't let your browns bias influence your opinion of the Bengals. You're better than that. :wink2:

I think one of my many callings in life, is to consistently rag on Bengal fans. It's fun to hate on the team, partly because most Bengal fans take it really personally.

It's kind of similar to the way a lot of our fellow Buckeye fans react to journalists. Any negative comment about Ohio State is met with mass overreaction and it just spurs them on to make more. Now that the Bengals are actually decent, it is even more fun. Probably because during the last decade, they wouldn't argue back.

I realize it's just long standing anti-Bengal-bias...it's just so fun :wink2: .

As a former Newark Wildcat, and with Newark being a member of the now-defunct BCC, I feel it is part of my calling in life to rag on all players from former BCC schools, Findlay included. Once they become pro, of course.

It has been easy with Big Ben and his phantom injuries.

Go Bengals!!!

P.S. When is the Brown's playoff game?

Palmer has torn knee ligaments. Out for the season. Kimo Von O. thus joins some infamous Steeler players from the past like L.C. Greenwood and Jason Gildon. I guess that's what Bill Cowher means when he talks about getting back to "Steeler football".

Hey Oiler, is Joe "Turkey" Jones still alive? Maybe we can sign him before the end of the game.
