ATH Frank Epitropoulos (transfer to Michigan St)

Reminds me of Brian Hartline. Big slot guy with good route running ability and athleticism. I think a lot of people are overlooking this kid, but I think he's the type of kid we will always need here: A guy that has always wanted to be a Buckeye and will cherish every moment as one. Looking forward to a good 4 years from Frank!

Reminds me of Reggie Roby. Outstanding punter who was a good enough athlete to play many other positions at a high level.

Ultimately, Frank will blaze his own path at tOSU. It will be fun to watch. But he's a better athlete than I had expected.

Very impressive hi-light film. I had thought he was just a straight ahead, track guy burner. However, he has some moves.

I don't think the NCAA can regulate contact between every random guy and a recruit. So, no.

If Tressel were still trying to recruit Frank to tOSU or any other program then yes. But I don't think having a general conversation would be a violation. Especially after Tressel had no official ties to tOSU, the NCAA can't regulate recruits' conversations with media and random folks.
