Never.. ONLY thing in Jersey that is less than anywhere else on the planet..sandgk said:When did NJ get to be so cost-effective?

I filled up last week at $2.09.
The lady that cleans our office came in today and said gas was $2.30 and everyplace had long lines. Of course we have some folks that are getting ready to evacuate from Hurricane Dennis. Tropical Storm Cindy really did not affect production but it gives the speculaters something to go on.
I watch CNBC when I workout at lunch and they showed oil over $60 a barrel and that is down from the days opening.
T Boone Pickens, there is a name from past, was on this week saying production could not keep up with demand so he expected oil to reach $100 a barrel soon. He would not say what soon was. Depends on the rest of the worlds economy = China.
I don't understand this part. I'm assuming that we have offshore rigs in their waters that they want to lay claim to.Misanthrope said:Venezuela's government seizes the rigs in its waters, then look out - you ain't seen nuthin' yet.
