definately know that! lol! theres also nothing like taking a bath in jet fuel.....:tongue2:

Can't say I ever did that one :)

And the Baby Wipes will help you keep other things clean as well. the dust gets into EVERYTHING over there.

In fact, one of the few shirts I took over there with me that survived is just a knockaround shirt now becuase the dirt just won't come out no matter what the wife attempts to clean it with.

Well, I think this game was a mixture of the Bucks playing bad and the Gators being razor sharp. This game will not kill OSU, it actually will probably help out their young guys down the road. The great thing about college hoops is that a loss or two doesn't kill you like in football.

I'm thinking that these kids will learn from this asswhooping and eat a piece of humble pie........time to get back to work.

Definitely a blessing in disguise. Even though we had a loss earlier this year most people dismissed it because it was early in the year on the road without Oden and it was still close. There's no excuse for this loss. Of course I would've preferred a win but this type of loss might be better for us in the long run than a win would have. That's up for debate though.

I have never heard Billy Packer be entertaining. Not once in my life. He is by far my least favorite announcer. Just seems like a cranky old man. Not that I have a problem with all cranky old men, just Billy Packer

If Florida fans think this will translate to the BCS game, great for them!
I hope Florida football players believe it will be just like the basketball game.

But, seriously.
We could have predicted what happened today down in Florida.
It was last years National Champion playing a very young but talented team.
The basketball team will grow from this!
And Oden will get in game shape.

They are the defending National Champs...returned all 5 starters as was stated numerous times.

UF played a great game while tOSU looked to have a cover on the bucket. Congrats...great game...see you again soon

Until tonight, UF was not the championship team it was in March. OSU somewhat embarrassed themselves tonight. However, they didn't give the game away, it was taken. UF looked to be clicking on all cylinders, for the first time this season.

I'm not happy. Everytime I go cheer against the gators, they win. Miserable.

I read up on this thread immediately after leaving the game, and here's my take on it all:

I'm not impressed with the crying about penalties on this forum. For four minutes (1st half 11:31 to 7:41) OSU had more penalties than UF. UF caught up and had more penalties called on them at 3:24 left in the first half, including Oden's stupid foul with 6 seconds left. In the second half, the teams had even penalties from 19:51 to 16:48. OSU had more penalties for two minutes, until Florida took it over again at 14:21 until the end of the game. Grand total, Florida played with more penalties for 17 minutes of the game, OSU had more penalties for 6 minutes. (My math may be a little off, but it's close enough for horseshoes.)

Oden played well, but Coach Donovan's gameplan for Florida effectively removed him from the game. Every man that Oden guarded would step out and perform a pick, which also moved Oden out of the middle. Florida dominated inside with rebounds and points, and had 6 blocks to OSU's 5. Add to that the 50% 3 point shooting, and the rest of the OSU team has to step up.

Notes about the game from inside the O'Connell center:
I think the UF fans were shocked by the quantity of applause for OSU. The florida contingent of OSU fans represented well. We didn't have crap to cheer for in the second half after the first 80 seconds. UF fans may chant SEC all they want, but I ask you what conference has fans that allow so much scarlet in their arena? Including, I might add, a number of scarlet jerseys, shirts, etc. in The Rowdy Reptiles student section. Catch that in any of the Big Ten programs? I don't think so.
