Look, Packer is just one of those guys that wants to sound knowledgeable on the night and give his SEC boys a hummer. Just give Oden a chance to heal and our guys a chance to jell as a team in the Big Ten.

I am surprised by the score but I never thought we would win this tonight. We have a LOT to get right. But we will. Think of it as a humanitarian gesture, we'll help Packer get up off his knees....

Give me a break, we would be chanting the same thing at the Schott. Acutally, we would probably be sitting on our hands at the Schott. The SEC chant was much more sickening than an overrated chant everyone does. In fact, I remember doing the overrated chant a few years ago when we upset Michigan.

but since you got me thinking about it i guess MOST people expected us to win today and MOST people expect us to beat florida jan 8th so that might give there football team a little underlying confidence in the correlation.......however once you put on the pads and we hit them in the mouth all that correlation goes right out the window:biggrin:

How many years ago?? Must've been a while ago, I can't remember exactly the last time Michigan was ranked pretty high....

Maybe I'm wrong - actually probably I am.... :biggrin:

I was talking about the 2004 game where we were unranked and they were in the top 10...7th maybe? So you were wrong, but we all make mistakes. :wink2:

I actually agree, Cook needs more playing time. I would like to see him and Lewis playing together. Would definitely open things in the middle for Oden. Plus, feeding the ball inside to Oden and letting Cook and Lewis cut to the basket would be fantastic. But, I'm not a coach, so I really don't have much room to talk on these matters. But, that is just my two cents.

This was rough to watch...Hopefully we grow from this one and use the experience to become a better team.

...and maybe it gives the football team a little 'extra' incentive. :evil: (as if they need it).
