As for restarts, those are game freezing, internet, power, etc issues during the game. The game also reports more restarts than the actual number. I had to restart once and it shows 2. Mac had one, and it shows 3.

Technically you are not supposed to restart, but stuff happens. Especially with a game that has bugs.

Yeah, sorry... Super busy weekend.

Sounds good on the restarts. Looks like I just need to REALLY work on my defense, and do some serious recruiting.
