Been doing a little more broad recruiting. Noticing some of you definitely going after those 4 and 5 stars without any offers. I am just ticked because there are so few in my pipeline states or actually like the things I am good at. I have a handful I am going after, but most of my recruits are 3 star and 2 star gems or slightly higher rated.

There are a couple where I thought about recruiting them just to neg recruit you guys. Pull the old Woody Hayes and badmouth my rivals so they go somewhere else.

Colorado was actually on a lot of short lists before offering, it looks like a handful of his top guys now have competition from bigger schools.

Most of them seem to hate my good topics. It must be the scenery at the Grove :pimp:

:slappy: I used to try that a lot in 2012 in my other dynasty. It didn't really work against A+ rated schools though. This dynasty however :evil:

Just finished my game against Notre Dame. First half was ridiculous... Tommy Rees looked like Tom Brady/Peyton Manning out there. Couldn't stop him. Was down 20-27 at halftime. Oh and my star halfback got injured early in the 1st quarter... go figure. Second half rolls around and Notre Dame couldn't move the ball on me, ended up shutting them out in the second half and winning 56-27.

In my opinion the AI in this game is absolutely ridiculous. When they want to score... the ARE going to score. Otherwise the gameplay is pretty fair. It's one reason why I hate playing against the computer. The gameplay just feels completely fake. I honestly thought I was going to lose at halftime.

Beat #24 UF by 13...

Offense put my defense in some tough positions early on in the game as UF would start drives on my side of the field, but the defense held strong and would force some 3 and outs. Allowed my offense to find it's wheels and get going. Realized I wouldn't be able to run much on this UF defense, so I took to the air and worked, was able to get out to a 17-0 lead with about 2 min left in the half. UF then drove down the field in about 1:30 to score their first TD and cut the lead to 10 just before half. After missing 2 wide open guys in a row, QB was finally able to connect with a diving WR and setup for a FG with :01 left in half and make it a 20-7 game. UF would receive the ball first and march down the field only to stall and settle for FG to get it back to 10, that would be the closet they would get as SDSU went for a 4th and goal from the 3 yard line which they were able to convert and make it a 17 pt game again late 3rd qtr. UF would add a TD on their own 4th a goal to get it back to 10, but UF would never threat again.

My RB had 27 carries for only 87 yds
