Just sayin': The SI article indicates he is getting over $200K in NIL money. Some school would have to probably out bid that.

Michigan freshman receiver shares jaw dropping jewelry acquisition on Instagram

Michigan Wolverines freshman receiver Andrew Marsh shared a story on IG showing some amazing iced out pieces he acquired

Freshman wide receiver Andrew Marsh has been turning heads during Michigan Spring practices. Wide receivers coach Ron Bellamy spoke highly of both Marsh and fellow freshman receiver Jamar Browder saying, "You can see the talent, it's just a matter of us continuing to develop the guys."

The future looks bright for Marsh and his running mate, and it helps having an elite, generational, and physically gifted quarterback like Bryce Underwood throwing passes your way. The only thing that may be brighter than his future is the "ice" that Marsh recently acquired from renowned jeweler CtheJeweler. Marsh shared some of the pieces on his IG story and they are incredible to say the least.

On3 reported that Marsh has a likely NIL valuation in the $214,000 range, making a purchase like this very feasible for the young man.

This is just another example of how NIL has changed the college sports landscape. A decade ago, if a player had shared something like this to their social media account the NCAA would have swooped in overnight and sanctioned everything. They would have hammered the school, suspended the player, and took to the media to justify their moral high ground in pursuit of saving amateur athletics. NIL has changed all of that, and the NCAA no longer has a say for how an athlete uses their name, image, and likeness to earn funds. Apparently, Marsh has done quite well for himself in that respect.

Looks like something a guy would wear while slapping his ho's.

The Game has always been a noon game going back to when I first watched it in the late 70s. Out West, it was always the 9AM game (the national lead in game) followed by regional rivalry games (we got USC-UCLA).

On the larger question, I couldn't agree more. Having your premier product (and one of only two true national brands) always on at noon (9am PST) is fucking stupid and self-defeating.
Wasn't it moved to 3:30 one time during the Troy Smith era?

While winning was the most important thing, I do take comfort in that Day was able to not just win but dominate by running it down their fucking throats for much of the game. That was something that almost everyone here feared him attempting, but he did it. That has to be pretty damned satisfying for him this morning.

The cheating is over. Day has the monkey off his back. Moore sucks, and even if Underachiever does have potential, that staff will fail to develop it. New streak time.

EDIT: And pay Matt Patricia his damned money.

I agree with everything except what I bolded. I don't think the cheating is over. They are now guilty until proven innocent, in my court.
They may not be balls deep in the next cheating scheme. But they have a crew working on what it should be.
