I know they love to chrip about "durrrr young team" but did any of these "young guys" really stand out? Besides maybe Marsh and even then he feasted on mostly bad competition
Defense might downgrade even further if they can't lure a good portal haul as well.
If Underwood doesn't take a significant step forward they could be right back at 8-4 level next year

that's pretty generous. I have 8-4 as their ceiling next year with that schedule unless they make significant changes/improvement.

Marsh should transfer out. He probably won't, because he was dumb enough to commit there in the first place. But he should.

Surprised they’re that young. Outside of the 3 underclassmen you mentioned, most of their key players are upperclassmen or out of eligibility. They’ll have to use the portal to create depth at QB and RB, unless they plan on Kuzdzal being the backup until Hiter is ready. Same at DL and LB.
I’m also not sure how much Underwood improving will help a grind-it-out offense. He isn’t athletic enough to take over a game, and they either don’t want him to or he’s not willing to run enough to supplement the RBs. If he does improve, they still need a good passing scheme and more than 1 good WR.

The future looks bright for Marsh and his running mate, and it helps having an elite, generational, and physically gifted quarterback like Bryce Underwood throwing passes your way. The only thing that may be brighter than his future is the "ice" that Marsh recently acquired from renowned jeweler CtheJeweler. Marsh shared some of the pieces on his IG story and they are incredible to say the least.
On3 reported that Marsh has a likely NIL valuation in the $214,000 range, making a purchase like this very feasible for the young man.
This is just another example of how NIL has changed the college sports landscape. A decade ago, if a player had shared something like this to their social media account the NCAA would have swooped in overnight and sanctioned everything. They would have hammered the school, suspended the player, and took to the media to justify their moral high ground in pursuit of saving amateur athletics. NIL has changed all of that, and the NCAA no longer has a say for how an athlete uses their name, image, and likeness to earn funds. Apparently, Marsh has done quite well for himself in that respect.
