*2024 tCun Shenanigans, Arguments, Cobras, Feckless Marmots, Fake Pandas, Dirty Cheaters

A few days ago, I though the chances of UM accepting their fate and moving forward before their reply deadline was somewhere around zero.
After two interesting conversations today, there's some momentum forming... less of a negotiation, more of an acceptance. Flushing this year as part of the absolutely certain postseason ban is appealing. We could see movement in the coming weeks.
Losing most of the '23 season and recognition of their natty* is still the sticking point, but the NCAA isn't budging and UM might be inching closer to biting the bullet.

Nothing guaranteed, obviously, but it seems much closer to 50/50 than I ever would have guessed.
Part of the 23 season. As if the advantages they gained disappeared when Stalions departed. Nonsense!

While I am at it, Warde Manuel should not have a seat on the CFP selection committee and should be booted the second they accept their shame.
Total Bullshit. But I'm still holding out hope that when the third NOA drops, regarding Weiss and his computer, it will take care of these games.
They’re so stupid… let’s say they really won the last 8 games fairly. You still can’t make either the big ten championship or the CFP having 7 games vacated.

You can’t accept vacated wins but then also keep the natty. You shouldn’t have been in the playoffs anyway and should’ve had your season ended the minute this was brought to light.

The ripple effect their treachery has inflicted on CFB as a whole the past three seasons is mind-boggling

- Cost us three wins and probably 2 playoff appearances
- Probably cost Stroud the Heisman in 2022
- Cost several teams a shot at the playoffs in each of the last 3 seasons
- Directly cost Alabama and Washington a chance at a NC last season
- All of the above likely affected countless coaches and players (through NIL bonuses) money in their pockets for the accomplishments* they stole from them.

The entire CFB world should look down their nose at these cheaters in utter disgust and contempt. Their bullshit has essentially rendered the legitimacy of the last 3 seasons totally compromised.
Such an underrated part in all of this. Think of those close wins vs Rutgers. Does that major win get Shiano another look at a big time school? Does Scott Frost right the ship if his team closed out their close loss? Who knows maybe they gain some confidence and learn how to close games out.

Obviously what they took from Ohio State was the worst of it. We saw what we could do in the playoffs every time we got in. Minus the 2020 Natty vs Alabama we’ve always played very well in the playoffs.

I hope so, if they let them count this year to lessen the future blow after its already obvious scUM isn't getting near the playoff anyway the NCAA can go fuck themselves. At MINIMUM 25 and 26 need to be a postseason ban. If they let them self sacrifice 2024 and only give them 2025 on top of it its a slap on the wrist considering the circumstances.

Fuck scUM is so bad this year they might end up disqualifying themselves from any post season game anyways by going 5-7 or worse. The NCAA has to know they'd look weak and stupid for letting Michigan soften the future blow by sacrificing an already lost season.
I hear you I’d prefer it too but if everything is vacated I don’t really care. What matters to me is that they take everything they accomplished.

Yes the games happened and they’ll always have the memories but at least it’s confirmed they are an illegitimate program who had to cheat to win.

So yeah sure I’d prefer the bowl ban to begin to take place next year… if it means securing vacating everything for the last 3 years I’d be ok with it.

Brohio had been consistently talking down about Nevadabuck/BS, but they have apparently teamed up today to try research the Wyoming LLCs. I'm not sure there's anything that can be done without subpoena power but they seem to think they can unravel it and show the financial workings of the scheme. There's a chance it could result on Blake Corum being deemed an ineligible player which could bring forfeits back into play.

Brohio after being mentioned by Nevadabuck on the BS podcast today:

It's been bugging me that no one is talking about the money involved. I've tried getting anyone with an audience to address it on their shows. Scoop was the only one to respond. I will take whatever I can get. The NCAA doesn't seem to care about it, so I'm trying to get the story out there by any means necessary.

Followed by:

Here let's do this. I'm pretty sure Scoop is going to run with this tomorrow and we all just want the story out there. If someone can refute this, I'm all ears. Here's everything laid out. Also make sure to add this to the header of the next thread and include all the links.

The LLC with Corum has nothing to do with vacuum cleaners. It's actually called "BC2 Housing LLC" and it was registered in Wyoming by a company called Registered Agents Inc. Connor used Registered Agents Inc to set up his other businesses as well, such as Home Essentials Distribution. Remember that name "Registered Agents Inc." because it's important. So for BC2 Housing, Connor filed the initial LLC form himself, listed Blake Corum as an organizer of the business and Connor signed it digitally. When we started talking about this company on Eleven Warriors, a reporter asked Blake Corum about it and he denied involvement. This means one of 2 things. Either Blake Corum is lying about being involved in this business that is named after him, or Connor Stalions committed a felony by falsifying his LLC paperwork.

BC2 Housing isn't the only strange real estate coincidence between Connor Stalions and Blake Corum. Before this LLC ever existed, on November 24, 2021 The Corum family and Connor Stalions both paid off homes on the exact same day. The Corum family paid off a home owned by Corum's grandfather in Virginia and Stalions paid off a home in Tustin, California. I detail all of that here. Again, doesn't prove anything but what a coincidence.

Here's another strange thing about BC2 Housing LLC. In February of 2024, I discovered this blog post on Blake Corum's personal website. The blog post was from August of 2023. So at the time I found it, it was 6 months old. In the blog post, it said that Blake had invested in an apartment complex in Ann Arbor. I started posting on 11W that I suspected that apartment complex might have been the purpose of BC2 Housing LLC. The very next day after we started talking about it publicly, someone from Blake Corum's team went into that 6 month old blog post and changed the language from this, which stated he had already invested in an apartment... to this, which states he "hopes to eventually" invest in apartment complexes. Why go through the effort of editing a 6 month old blog as soon as you see people talking about it if you have nothing to hide?

OK, last thing. Remember I told you to keep that "Registered Agents Inc" company in mind... Well this company is so shady that Wired Magazine did an exposé on them earlier this year. According to the Wired article, Registered Agents Inc even used fake names of people that don't exist such as "Riley Park" on its forms so that the true owners of the business could hide themselves. That leads us to the final strange coincidence... another business "Registered Agents Inc" business I found...UncleT LLC This business was filed by the fictitious "Riley Park" during the offseason before the 2021 season. The business used the office address of Registered Agents Inc as its headquarters, so there is no way to trace this directly to Connor unfortunately and we have to just treat this as a very big coincidence. This business was dissolved on October 26th 2023 (Interesting timing lol)... It was dissolved by Registered Agents employee (who I'm not sure is a real person), Robin Jones....who just happens to be an authorized signer on BC2 Housing and Home Essentials Distribution as well.

Fuck these assholes man. I know it goes far further than what we even think.

You know there’s money and likely gambling involved.

I’m thinking that’s how several houses were magically paid off within days. Those guys should turn that info over to the lawyers representing all of these bookies that lost out on tons of money from these cheating assholes and see if it’s worth investigating deeper. At least force manifesto boy to identify these fictitious sounding names.

If there's one thing bookies love it's having the government and lawyers crack open them books and do a deep dive into their operations

The sins of the father are visited on the son? Reminds me of how the 2011 Buckeyes couldn't play their best receiver until the last two games of the season and then were given the right to play a bowl game against a pissed off Florida team as a kiss and make up award, only to not be bowl eligible with an undefeated team in 2012. The Lord of the NCAA moves in many strange ways.

All interesting stuff and some good research. I will preface this by saying I believe the Wyoming LLC was an absolute sham and of course scUM absolutely fucking cheated. But as a corporate attorney that files in Wyoming all the time for privacy purposes of business owners, here is my candid take on all of this:

- Registered Agents, Inc. is a non-starter in terms of a scandal. A registered agent in the state is needed and that company is one of them that is commonly used. You can use the RA address as the principal place of business in Wyoming, a big reason why companies choose Wyoming along with not having to disclose the true owners of the business.
- The RA can sign as an incorporator and that is common. Again, nothing there. And the RA can dissolve the company on behalf of the company.
- With the above out of the way, I reiterate that Stalions/Corum are absolutely moronic because by listing themselves on the filing they eviscerated the reason of filing in Wyoming for purposes of anonymity. I am just trying to put my lawyer hat on in thinking of the absolute idiocy involved here. Cheating is cheating, but being bad at it is another thing.
- Lets see the tax returns for this LLC. Corporate filings with the SOS are easy enough, but actual revenue coming through the entity is key and if there is none, I have a feeling the IRS will have questions with the level of scrutiny on the program and this entity.

Just throwing in my two cents from the legal world.

Absolutely right there. And the LLC (barring a c-corp election) income will pass-through all income to the members and that will income will be reported and taxed on the individual members' tax returns. So Corum's tax return should, in theory, have income from this LLC reported on it. But good luck getting any of those returns absent a subpoena.

I’d imagine there’d need to be crimes alleged for anyone to see those records?
