*2024 tCun Shenanigans, Arguments, Cobras, Feckless Marmots, Fake Pandas, Dirty Cheaters

All interesting stuff and some good research. I will preface this by saying I believe the Wyoming LLC was an absolute sham and of course scUM absolutely fucking cheated. But as a corporate attorney that files in Wyoming all the time for privacy purposes of business owners, here is my candid take on all of this:

- Registered Agents, Inc. is a non-starter in terms of a scandal. A registered agent in the state is needed and that company is one of them that is commonly used. You can use the RA address as the principal place of business in Wyoming, a big reason why companies choose Wyoming along with not having to disclose the true owners of the business.
- The RA can sign as an incorporator and that is common. Again, nothing there. And the RA can dissolve the company on behalf of the company.
- With the above out of the way, I reiterate that Stalions/Corum are absolutely moronic because by listing themselves on the filing they eviscerated the reason of filing in Wyoming for purposes of anonymity. I am just trying to put my lawyer hat on in thinking of the absolute idiocy involved here. Cheating is cheating, but being bad at it is another thing.
- Lets see the tax returns for this LLC. Corporate filings with the SOS are easy enough, but actual revenue coming through the entity is key and if there is none, I have a feeling the IRS will have questions with the level of scrutiny on the program and this entity.

Just throwing in my two cents from the legal world.
I’d imagine there’d need to be crimes alleged for anyone to see those records?

Absolutely right there. And the LLC (barring a c-corp election) income will pass-through all income to the members and that will income will be reported and taxed on the individual members' tax returns. So Corum's tax return should, in theory, have income from this LLC reported on it. But good luck getting any of those returns absent a subpoena.
What are the procedures for being an IRS whistleblower ? Asking for a friend .....

You may need an Ohio State fanatic who doesn't care about losing their job and potential prosecution that works at any number of financial institutions involved to leak financial/transaction details. A bank, escrow/title company, or a mortgage lender involved. Maybe amazon or their payment processor involved in the vacuum sales. Or least likely their tax attorney/accountant.

One of us may need to Project Veritas Connor, Blake, and/or Uncle Timmie. Who amongst us is a pretty fuckboy that can stomach fawning over *ichigan during gay dates without vomiting?

Exactly and I doubt those idiots made a c-corp election. Just thinking out loud though, if there is no income reported then the only possible explanation is they set up the LLC in anticipation of doing business but never did. Not likely, but those tax returns would be very interesting to see.

Now that you mention it, they do strike me as the kind of know-it-all dumbfucks who would put their real estate in a c-corp.

    of course lead fluffer Joel Klatt is pushing this bullshit.

TCU's "help" was that scUM hadn't planned on them being there so they didn't unleash their vast illegal scouting campaign onto them.

And even if it was true, nobody is feeling bad if scUM who had been cheating for 2 years at this point had the script flipped on them.
