Some dipshit on Twitter: "if the NCAA we’re gonna vacate wins, they would’ve done it a LONG time ago, and they also don’t have proper cause or evidence to do so."
The arrogance when absolutely ignorant is giving dipshit.
I would love them to go to court. Open the doors of discovery. Bet.proper cause lol the amount of them who continue to act like the NCAA has to operate like a real court of law is comical
Would’ve done it a long time ago, huh? Some dipshit on Twitter: "if the NCAA we’re gonna vacate wins, they would’ve done it a LONG time ago, and they also don’t have proper cause or evidence to do so."

There are no quiet comments here, as these threads are being watched by a much larger audience than our 11W community... so I'll definitely be held to it. These are my opinions as supported by info from multiple sources who haven't yet let me down:
- The "framework" of acceptable punishments as brought to the table by the NCAA is absolutely still in play. While the COI will ultimately be responsible for setting the full slate of punishments, this framework was already floated and vetted. I don't see a scenario where they avoid vacated wins(either 2021 thru 2023 *or* specifically the games those 3 seasons that were scouted, this difference could hinge on negotiated settlement or setting up for appeal), multi-year postseason ban (2 years if self-imposed or otherwise negotiated, at least 3 if set thru COI), loss of recognition of the 2021-2023 B1G titles and National Championship, scholarship reductions, fines, extended probation, suspensions, and show cause penalties. I am increasingly of the opinion that we could see the first lifetime ban from CFB. IF the NCAA was going after anything of minimum disruption, a la fines, a brief Moore suspension, and even a 1 year postseason ban, they would have accepted and moved on.
- Moore almost certainly doesn't survive this mess in the end, and quite possibly not this season. I'm iffy on Warde, though a resignation makes more sense than anything else. He did get bigfooted by a few above him, so they'd likely prefer he go quietly. Their screwy BOR setup leaves me clueless on Ono... though he should step down in shame.
- I think some sort of self-imposed action is very, very possible. The dynamic as described to me between administration, coaches, and boosters is untenable. Once the players start asking questions...
One thing people on this board should know is that you can't argue against fax and evidents.Would’ve done it a long time ago, huh?
can anyone cite a single precedent for the ncaa ever having moved that fast?
And if this were a court, there would be plenty of probable cause and enough evidence to prove their guilt beyond reasonable doubt many times over
The ncaa has arguably never had more proof
So this twitter-twatter dipshit has come to both of his conclusions in direct contravention of the facts at hand.

^ This is the most mind-boggling bit for me. These clowns elevated a guy who was already a part of two NCAA investigations. Unless it was their purpose to string him out as a "fall guy", that is some unbelievable tone-deaf shit. Cryin' Sherrone is going to go from being the guy that made the transition from Cheatin' Jim smooth and the head guy, to a clown that is going to lose everything and presumably be nuclear waste when it comes to future college coaching prospects. Hate to see it.Moore almost certainly doesn't survive this mess in the end, and quite possibly not this season.
