*2024 tCun Shenanigans, Arguments, Cobras, Feckless Marmots, Fake Pandas, Dirty Cheaters

Not a voice of reason with any of those A-holes responding to the piece.
There's going to be some real "pot calling the kettle black" moments for OSU over the next few days when they lose their s**t over this.

Pretty sure they all thumbed their noses at the NCAA like a year after Tattoo-gate and brought Tressel back to a roaring crowd, carried him off the field, etc.

Yeah... on-field cheating is the same as tattoos. Right.
Also, that was the 10-year anniversary of the 2002 championship. It was a celebration of the 2002 team. It was after his 5- or 6- or 7-game suspension was up.
*ichigan is bringing the guy who was JUST called out for cheating, and they're bringing him back to honor HIM - not the 2023 team. (They may be celebrating the team, too, but the honorary captain is to honor him.) And his suspension hasn't even started.
So, no, I don't think it's the same thing.

And, no, he wasn't carried off the field. The players lifted him up on their shoulders, but they didn't carry him off the field.

See, that's the difference: we all, sooner or later, agreed that Tressel should have been fired. Maybe *ichigan fans will get there, eventually, but they're all currently on his side.

They really are just daring the NCAA by continuing to make a complete mockery of all of this

Just sayin': I'm guessing that (probably) they know exactly what they are doing and it is all about the money. Undoubtedly contributions to their scUM athletic program and NIL funds have skyrocketed after the National Championship Game; and they want to milk it for all they can get before it all comes crashing down.

Somehow they missed the fact that we didn’t invite Tressel back until long after the penalties had been decided

They also seem to forget that we were supposedly the worst people on earth for cheering him. And now they’re accusing us of hypocrisy???

Talk about projection

"hey guys, they haven't handed down penalties so let's really give them the middle finger. I bet that helps our cause"
When your enemy is fucking up, never stand in their way.

I fucking applaud their decision to bring him back.

If the NCAA doesn't vacate wins and hammer them with sanctions they'll be the biggest cucks of all time.

Seriously. If they won't hammer a program for on field cheating, then what's the point of the NCAA? There will be no reason for them to even exist. They will cuck themselves out of existence.

One optimistic angle on this is that they know they're proper fucked no matter what, and this stunt is just a fuck you to the ncaa because it can't get any worse.

In fact, I can't imagine any other reason. I would be so fucking ragey if that jock-sniffing clown were doing this to one of my schools.
Yeah this is the only thing that makes sense to me. Like it's one of 2 scenarios.

1. They've negotiated a non-punishment punishment with the NCAA that hammers Harbaugh and maybe even every coach that left, with some unprecedented lifetime ban for Partridge. They know the ncaa has direct evidence of all the coaches that knew but has nothing on C-C-c-ccry Sheronne which is why he was "chosen" as the successor, but nothing that effects the wins or the 'ship or recruiting.

2. They know they're going down in flames and are pulling a political type stunt to rile the base against the "very corrupt NCAA. The slimy NCAA only hurts YOU, THE FAAAANS!" They already have them believing every dumb shit conspiracy whole cloth.

Look, I was firmly in the "JT didn't tell the NCAA because the FBI ASKED HIM TO WAIT!!11!!" camp at first but ffs snap out of it dipshits lol
