When the law and the facts are both against you, or you don’t even know or care what the law says or the facts are, make personal attacks. It makes it look like you are vigorously defending your client, which is something you can bill for.
I love this because I always say if you don't have the facts or the law, bang on the table and scream. This is absolutely absurd though.

I apologize that I've not had the time to go through this all recently in detail. But if I surmise the situation correctly, a guy that cancelled one of the longest running rivalries in sports claiming Covid also got sanctioned for trying to skirt Covid rules. Fuck him, seriously.
Yup. And the fanbase thinks this part of the Covid rules was BS and could be ignored, but the part where it let them duck out of playing The Game was for public safety.

DFBIA still expects everyone to believe that Harbaugh just suddenly somehow became a all time great in game adjuster after 2020   '

I mean they did become great at in game adjustments, but it wasn't because of some advanced autistic intelligence sprouting up, It was because of the illegal scouting scheme and knowing exactly what everyone was doing.
My favorite is when they say shit like "our entire staff outside the HC changed over one off season" as a reason for the overnight success. So the guy that hired shit coaches all of a sudden hired the best coaches in CFB and suffered no ill effects like every other program does when coaches leave. Like wtf stopped him from hiring such great coaches for the first 5 fuckin years

Well it’s even worse than that…

Most wanted their season halted for good last November. Of course TCUN cried “we need due process meh don’t be mean”. So then they got due process which allowed them to finish their season and now it’s “oh don’t punish the kids and the program the bad people are gone now”.

You can’t have it both ways. Can’t demand due process and then when due process confirms all the issues cry about how no one remains with the program who did the allegations.

The administration that also held RR back, probably.

14 positive tests in the entire athletic department (9 athletes/5 coaches or admins), and they defiantly refused to say how many were in the football program.

I was as cautious as anyone during covid. So I get that they didn't want to play for whatever reasons. Player safety and all. I mean, it sucks that they didn't take their ass-pounding, and that they so easily cancelled the game and their season.
But, like another poster said, you can't have it both ways. You can't pull a loop-hole out of the Covid rules to avoid a beat-down, saying it's for player safety, and then turn around and mock another rule that was designed to protect people. That's like getting mad at the teenagers for driving 50mph down your street (25mph zone) and then driving 50mph down a different street, yourself.

Let's also not forget their "spirited" practice that would have broken covid guidelines had The Game cancellation legitimately been about covid.

My point is...

I don't know how many of the athletes were football players...if any. But you test rigorously and quarantine any positive cases, like they'd been doing for the rest of the season, like every other program in America was doing. And you damn well know that if those 9 players were all starters or even backups, they would have explicitly let the world know that. The fact that they refused to say how many were football players just proves they were full of shit. Some tennis and soccer players tested positive, and they used that as an excuse to duck The Game. They wanted no part of what Day and Fields had in store for them.

Aaaaand if everyone recalls, they tried to fuck the Bucks out of a B1G Championship game appearance because The Game being cancelled left OSU with only 5 games played. The Conference had to change the rule they set in order for us to go to Indy. ( Sorry Hoosiers, you already lost to OSU )
