Correct. Once the NCAA vacates the games the BIG will move to remove the BIG championships from 21,22, and 2023. Then it will be up to the ESPN driven CFP committee to do their thing and take back the big golden vagina.
And espn is in no mood to do any favors for B1G schools. There's a chance; I'd say 40-60. Every game with Stalions as part of the program though should be a 100% likelihood of a forfeit.

From what I understand, once the Big Ten contacted other teams in the conference about it, they were pissed. Some of them knew that UM knew playcalls they shouldn't have, but couldn't figure out how they were doing it. The conference (and not NCAA) making it public and punishing them mid-season was because the other teams in the conference were so angry.

We also know they scouted teams outside the conference. So those teams have to be pissed as well.

There's also the whole South Carolina/Tennessee thing. If that has any truth to it.

The NCAA is ran by the universities. If the universities are pissed and demand punishment, they'll get punished. If they want a slap on the wrist, the NCAA will give them a slap on the wrist.
Yeah, this is a situation where tcun and Ono can expect no assistance from the fucks down at the league office to lobby the ncaa on their behalf.

I'm still holding out hope that they get reamed. From what the NOA alleges, there's just no way they can now turn around and slap them on the wrist.

One other thing that I'd like to see broken down is if there was a rise in opposing players being injured during the cheating that would be above and beyond a standard deviation from the mean for normal ncaa games. That would be a lot of number crunching and research though.
I agree. If they weren’t going to smack the shit out of them then they wouldn’t be throwing handfuls of lvl 1 plus it appears a LOIC charges out there.

You can’t hit a team with LOIC then go “but no worries we aren’t going to punish you. However, you Kentucky can go to hell”.

That’s what will happen. NCAA will vacate the wins and give a post season ban.

Then the big ten will take the banners/titles.

Then the CFP will take the natty.

Another thing I’m seeing that the media is using to state TCUN won’t get punished is that the draft sort of shows the coaches didn’t know he was doing this to get the signals.

Well, that doesn’t matter. The coaches are now responsible for what their staff does according to the new rule added in 2018.

See below the rule:

NCAA Division I Bylaw 11.1.1.1, head coaches are generally responsible for the actions of all staff members who report to them, directly or indirectly. This includes assistant coaches and administrators. Head coaches are presumed to have knowledge of what's happening in their program and can be held accountable for program violations unless they can refute the presumption of responsibility. However, enforcement decisions are made on a case-by-case basis.

Sorry but “I didn’t know” doesn’t cut it when you were directly using this kids knowledge to call football games.

I don't want Moore to get suspended, I think he's going to be a pretty lame duck head coach. If the NCAA is going to tuck tail and not do anything major just let it play out and be shown how much their success was actually due to the cheating scheme.

Suspending him only gives DFBIA excuses.
Plus we get to see him cry some more

I hate the eleven warriors forum style and most of the content, but in addition to poster Brohio (who is interviewed in the Netflix cheating special) there is a poster named Premierdrum that has a reputation for knowing inside info. I didn't catch why he is held in high regard but I chose to believe based on liking what he says. Below is a posting of his from yesterday.

For context, a quick back and forth on the matter this afternoon pushed me to circle back with a few sources. They share that the draft NOA as presented to TCUN is process-worthy, there are other issues and investigations moving on behind it.

So, we have:

- Recruiting Violations, aka "Burger Gate." NOA received, penalties in process.

- Harbaugh's lack of cooperation in the recruiting investigation, separated out from SCUM NOA.

- Illegal Advanced Scouting Operation, draft NOA received and settlement discussions in process.

- Weiss computer access crimes. FBI briefing NCAA. Potentially includes unauthorized access to practice video remote server.

- Evidence of gambling by TCUN coaching staff. FBI and potentially FTC briefing NCAA.

So basically, listening to that whole interview, the NCAA has gathered enough evidence to prove Stalions obtained other teams signals illegally and that Michigan coaches used this information without knowing how he obtained it.

Furthermore, the current HC deleted emails between himself and Stalions and asked students to lie to the NCAA about Stalions involvement with the program but they haven't dug up proof the coaches "knew" he gathered his info illegally.

That's difficult to swallow...

So, was anyone else annoyed when this "Team 144" bullshit came out of nowhere and they started acting like it was some great tradition that they'd been doing forever even though nobody can remember them doing it two years ago.

Wellee, wellee, wellee, my Droogies. They stole it from our fucking band, which had a documentary made three years ago entitled TBDBITL 141.

Also, there is only one proper Hang On Sloopy video, and it is this one.

I've posted their miraculous ability to beat the spread of around 70% when Stalions was on the sideline. If that last point is true....

WOW!!! So if you believe Premierdrum there are actually 4 separate NCAA investigations. BurgerGate, SpyGate, and the 2 other ones (Weiss Computer access and scUM gambling) Premierdrum mentioned. So potentially scUM could get hit with level 1 infractions on 4 different NCAA investigations within a 1 year period.....:boogie:
