The things we did, and reported mind you, were almost stupid. I dont see a cheeseburger as egregious either but we reported some truly mundane situations. We seem to be the only university that actually cooperates with the NC Double Assholes

We aren't the only team self-reporting. Probably some are not self-reporting. But other teams don't make news when they self-report. Who cares if Iowa sends a recruit a photoshopped photo of himself? Who cares if a Ball State player gets an extra ketchup packet?
And the minor infractions tend to be kinda lame. I remember 10 years ago when Vrabel was still in Columbus, one of the infractions was that he was using dipping or chewing tobacco in front of players.

Actually, Vrabel was using smokeless tobacco on the sidelines and he is very lucky that he ducked the death penalty on that one. Luckily, the NCAA missed.
