The AP had TCUN ahead of USC who was ahead of LSU, so that at least made sense.
The Coaches Poll had TCUN, then LSU, then USC. So they apparently have already forgotten the neutral site win for USC.

Arkansas getting votes is probably worse than A&M moving up though. Someone musta been real impressed with that sluggish win over Auburn

While I acknowledge the utter impossibility of the CFP rankings ending up this way, I do think the following observation is telling
If the CFP did end up with the same rankings as the current AP top 25, EVERY team hosting a CFP game would be an SEC team. The top two teams missing out on hosting would be Oregon and PSU

The writers have Alabama at the top
Both have Iowa and Rutgers in the Others receiving votes category.
Both finally have Indiana ranked, but probably too low.

I have misplaced my pants.
I'm surprised.
- Texas stayed #1. Alabama to #2. I'm surprised that Texas didn't drop to 2, with Alabama jumping them to #1.
- I'm surprised Georgia didn't only drop to #3, pushing Ohio State to #4. I mean, Ohio State just beat up on some lousy Big Ten team. Georgia came back from 50 points down to the team that should be #1 and took the lead. Georgia should actually be #1b, with Alabama #1a. And Texas should be #1aa. Tennessee should be #2. Ohio State should be #6, because they couldn't hang with the top 5 in the SEC, let alone top 5 in the country. Leave #3-#5 blank for now. Or, Missouri beat Ohio State. Move Missouri up to #5.
