The new line coming from D. Howard is the rule is old and not up to date, therefore why is it applicable.

The argument is fine if it applies equally to everyone. OSU can very well have done the exact same thing as Scum if the restriction wasn't there.

It should stay a restriction to assist with parity, because it's not fair to smaller schools that do not have unlimited budgets to hire a army of analysts to decipher date and steal signs.

If the NCAA does nothing about this, I say screw it, OSU should send out people everywhere and utilize military grade lip reading software and every analytical software program out there, at the games of every opponent they play from here on out.

The question is Scum just going to continue to utilize these techniques, and just ignore the NCAA and Big 10?
