Yeah just came on here to say there’s a TON of betting smoke going on right now.

I sure hope it’s true because then “BET” becomes the punchline it deserves.

That wouldn't surprise me at all:

Hypothetically if we add betting to this? Woof would Michigan have the balls to shut it down?

Or would they just suspend another analyst?

and to @knuckifyoubuck

Sure, when the picture first came out. I'm talking about when it was first reported that some guy named Connor Stalions headed an illegal, in-person scouting scheme for those bastards. The point that I'm trying to make is that this story has taken some WILD and crazy turns. At this point, would we really be surprised if they were betting on the games as well? 18-5 against the spread (or whatever it was) can get you some nice cash.

There still exists the possibility that some people have made a lot of money betting on the scUM games, i.e. taking scUM and giving the points.

Hmmm.. wondering about the possibility we have seen the last rush in college by Corum
NCAA sniffing under the betting covers.. and the Stallions/Corum LLC still unresolved
Now they're offering selective players immunity... IMMUNITY? for what?

I said that when this first came to light. In the wake of the Iowa/Iowa State betting problems it is something to consider. You have young kids now with extra money to spend via NIL. They may know of the sign stealing operation or a rumor of one. There is also an owner of a sports book who is a big time Michigan man who seems to be complaining too much. Again, you don't offer immunity to someone who isn't guilty.

the Big Ten needs Michigan more than Michigan needs the Big Ten......

Week eight games

Penn State-Ohio State became the fifth game this season to average at least nine million viewers, finishing just shy of the ten million mark at 9.96 million. In addition to ranking as the third-most watched game this season, the Buckeyes’ win delivered the seventh-largest regular season audience ever on FOX. https://www.sportsmediawatch.com/co...Ohio State became, season audience ever on FOX.

What they are asking them about is unknown but if they are granting immunity they are chasing something big.
You're right - it has to be big. I mean, say the players don't know about anything wrong. What are they granting immunity for? "Hey, tell us all you know and you won't get in trouble." "Umm.. I really don't know anything." Who would fall for that?
The NCAA believes the players know something.
How many of them are going to be willing to snitch? Any?

Unfortunately for this instance.....they have a type. It's the Michael Mauti type. The type that knows everything is all bullshit, but they're all in anyways.

I don't know that it's so much a "type". Unless they're guilty of something REALLY bad... like, they're banned from NCAA football forever, or maybe the FBI or other law enforcement is interested.... I could see the players truly believe each other to be brothers. And snitching is going to get them a penalty worse than anything the NCAA can do. I would imagine most teams aren't snitching on their teammates. Again, unless they know there's something huge. The only way they're snitching is if there's something huge.
