Federal "diversity" jurisdiction is based on diverse parties from different states (met, here) involved in a case/controversy of at least 75k. Not sure that's met here.

It is odd, though, that jurisdiction is not addressed in the by laws. I have a hard time understanding how the county Court has jurisdiction over the B1G or how it can enforce an action in the abyss that is central Pennsylvania

Is anyone able to find the tweet of the scUM record before and after cheating, as well as the tweet showing their scores before and after halftime? I'm trying to show a guy at the gym who's in complete denial that there was any evidence

That goes back to my question. I'm sure this wouldn't happen. but if the TRO is granted what would stop PSU security or State College ( University Park) police from keeping Harbaugh from entering the stadium saying a local *ichigan court has no jurisdiction? Have to admit, that would make for an interesting day.
