From the article it’s both common and within the rules to share sign Information.

That’s now 0-3 for Michigan on these hit articles aimed at gaining support.

Yep. Like I’ve been saying any “bombshells” (lol) that Michigan friendly sources drop are nothing more than last grasp PR attempts.

Question for the crowd .... Would Connor being on the CMU sideline a criminal act ? Trespassing ?
Probably, if he didn't have permission and obtained the badge under false pretenses. And CMU would have absolutely made that public if it were the case. The reality is that somebody with ties to tsun program let him onto the sidelines. CMU is getting their narrative straight at the moment. The fact that they haven't already moved to throw somebody under the bus tells me that the person(s) who let Stalions onto that sideline are high up (HC, coordinator or somebody in the AD).

This is why it’s not just the discovery process that makes lawsuits emanating from the Whore Up North a bad idea.

He can’t make his case without saying he wasn’t aware: he can’t say that without opening himself up to a perjury charge; one that the discovery process is likely to prove.

And that’s probably just the tip of the perjury iceberg

why open himself up to all of that when the rules that he agreed to live by state that he is held accountable whether he knew or not?

arrogance

when you’re talking about why CUNTS do what they do, the answer is usually arrogance

Harbaugh has that special mix of arrogance and stupid that he very well could ignore the lawyers and go full perjury in a deposition. It wouldn't shock me, to be honest.

Oh, I don't think you'll hear very much from Snap into a simple Jim once he lawyers up. (And be clear, that's what he's doing)

First reason is, I don't know if not knowing is a defense in the sportsmanship portion of the case, its very clear that these violations are viewed as shortcomings of the institution and on down the line. NCAA too. He's responsible for them. So, I'm guessing there won't be much of a defense on the merits of the case at first, it will be procedural shit...
