This Biggest Scandal in the History of College Football has undeniably increased interest in the rivalry

The Shenanigans thread has gotten smaller each year for at least 4 years in a row. This is already the biggest Shenanigans thread since at least 2019

Well, I look at the B1G portion as mostly the grand jury hearing. Do we have enough evidence of crime to proceed to systematically evaluating it and imposing a penalty.

If yes, then go forward, and yes yes, due process your ass off. Problem with the "due process" fanatics is sometimes bail gets revoked, and you sit in a cell while the due process plays out.

(Yeah yeah, I know, this isn't a criminal proceeding but if it were, say, February, I doubt the B1G would be doing anything at all)
Everybody can plainly see that this is a stalling process to allow Hairball to finish out the season.

With that said, TCUN have broken the rules, due process however frustrating it can be, is also part of the rules. It cuts both ways.

OSU fell on the sword with tattoogate, and was able to get the ship in order within 2 seasons. Scum isn't, even when the evidence is plain to see. I don't see how this will end well for them.

Nothing is going to happen at least this week. Petitti is going to kick the can down the road and hope the pedsters do his work for him. After that, who knows. Harbaugh will be gone, but I think Ono somehow survives despite the very obvious fact that he's in over his head. He's like a cockroach in nuclear winter.
You could have stopped at cockroach

I think you guys let the lack of news over the weekend get to you. I am pretty sure i saw the doomsayers come out last monday too. Then the weekday comes back and news starts leaking and we all feel better again. I disagree with anyone say thing BIG isnt going to do anything. Not because i think they are some beacon of justice but because the BIG represents 14 schools (about to 18) and ALL OF THEM BUT ONE want something done. I would be both shocked and dissapointed if the big doesnt act bigly. are they worried about punishing a big dollar player, of course. are they more worried about tOSU, PSU, USC, UCLA, Oregon, Washington, ect ect deciding the conference is toothless and no longer worrying about their edicts? I would certainly hope so.

I know we are all frustrated about the time it is taking , the bylaws specially state they have a chance to respond to the charges .
This tells me they are covering their bases for the law suit and whatever they plan to do is more than a 2 game suspension.
Yep and I agree. If the big ten brings a suspension you know they think they can win in court.

They wouldn’t dare bring a suit that’s set up to be easily defeated. They’ll only do something if they think they’ll win easily.

Depends on Ono… if the NCAA hits them hard I don’t think he’ll survive given his lack of effort to do anything about this.

I think they’ll want a clean slate if it goes down like I think it will next year

Actually , I think the opposite . I think the goal is to get an injunction and tie it up in the courts for the next two months to let him coach . I’m not sure they think they can win. ( I have no clue, I’m not a lawyer). I get the feeling they are concerned about Harbaugh not being available for the post season .

Do we really want to unleash USC into a lack of enforcement free for all?

According to TCUN “insiders”…

They’re going to expose the investigation firm, show that they had practice film stolen, show that maybe practice was filmed, that their signs were stolen (and traded), and I guess recruiting violations by Ohio State lol…

They’re nuts… from their president to their fans.

They’ve tasted victory and are terrified to go back to where they were.

100%. They went from being a washed up national program under Carr to a laughingstock under RichRod and Hoke. Harbaugh was supposed to be their new Bo and instead couldn't even win his own division without cheating. Now they're public enemy #1, they'll be lucky to escape with anything less than a multi-year bowl ban and 3 seasons of forfeits, and they've tarnished the program for the rest of time. All for 2 B1G titles and 2 embarrassing CFP losses.

The amount of jackasses that think anything damning will come from whoever it was that initiated the private investigation is ridiculously high. They’re desperate to throw any amount of shit at the wall in hopes even one thing sticks.

A lot of false bravado being pumped into the ether hoping to scare anyone and everyone into not punishing them. These dumbasses really think they'd go through weeks of terrible press and allegations only to keep their powder dry until after they're punished? That's not how this works.
