M fans are screeching about how the B1G is getting even with them because Harbaugh has cracked the code on how to dominate. They make it sounds like this M team is the best team the B1G has seen in decades and possibly even the nation….and won’t get a chance to prove it on the field.

My guess is this M team is probably on a par with this OSU team. We all know that our 2019 and possibly 2022 teams were better than this year’s OSU team…..not to mention 2015, 2014, and 2013…….

Petitti ought to offer M these options:
1. Vacate all wins in 2021 and 2022 plus suspend Harbaugh for the remainder of this season….let the NCAA decide if more is warranted

2. Suspend Harbaugh for the remainder of the season as well as the OC and DC for the same time….Harbaugh also gets a show cause for 5 years plus the M program will have a bowl ban for 2024…..let the NCAA decide if more is warranted

3. Or the B1G will “fast track” the evidence to the NCAA for a summary judgement on everything before B1G CG which could mean that all of the above…..at B1G CG time, the conference may levy option #1 or #2 on them if the NCAA can’t act fast enough to influence the CCG

The Big Ten isn't gonna do a damn thing and everyone who has been following along knows it.

They are going to defer to the NCAA, because the NCAA doesn't need a league vote to drop the hammer that needs dropped on Jimmah. And unfortunately, the NCAA will look at the ledger sheet before they ever look at a rule book and then judge it accordingly.

Like it or not, even with this mountain of evidence of cheating, lying, etc etc, the grease that makes everything move is money. It's absolutely a travesty that tCun is going to get away with this shit. And yeah, that means it's open season so everyone needs to be openly doing this from this point forward. Gotta have an even playing field, right?!

All I want from the BIG is Harbaugh and both coordinators banned from coaching in the big10 forever and banned from participating in the championship game. The rest will come from the NCAA after the year is over.

Re- listen to it. It doesn't really say what you guys are taking from it. Details are there.

Due process is fine. But when the crime is still being committed (which any type of championship in 2023 for tCun would be), those in charge need to prevent it before it occurs. That’s the difference, Joel, and that’s why quick action is needed.

In situations like this it is sometimes hard to find the space between being naive and being cynical. IMHO this is the latter. I think it’s too early to say the CUNTS are going to get away with it. We may not know anything until February. Or we might find out something this week; but even if something is announced this week, it’ll still be too early to say that we’ve heard the end of it

Scum is definitely not getting away with it.

I wouldn’t be surprised if the big ten does barely anything.

However I actually would be surprised if the NCAA gives them nothing. They’re already under investigation for something else and this new investigation is I think the worst sports corruption scandal in history.

Yes money talks, but if they can hit Alabama, Ohio State, USC and Penn State hard within the last 30 years they’ll certainly hit Michigan hard for what is the biggest competitive advantage issue I’ve ever seen.

So yeah maybe they get off light during the season but there’s no way around something big.

My best case for us is they suspend Harbaugh 2 games and at this point it appears their hissy fit will delay this another week. So I’m thinking he’ll be out for Maryland and OSU if he’s suspended.

Then I think the NCAA is going to hit hard sometime next year. I think 3 years of vacated wins, championships lost, scholarships lost, a fine, and a show cause for lack of control. Then I’m hoping when that happens the big ten then comes back in and indefinitely suspends Jim.

There’s video and photos of this guy on sidelines guys recording Michigan State. There’s no way btw something major isn’t going to be discovered between now and next season. With the NCAA not allowing for “we didn’t know” I fully expect them to pay a pretty steep price. Especially with Michigan not paying the price yet for the other issues.

Well, I look at the B1G portion as mostly the grand jury hearing. Do we have enough evidence of crime to proceed to systematically evaluating it and imposing a penalty.

If yes, then go forward, and yes yes, due process your ass off. Problem with the "due process" fanatics is sometimes bail gets revoked, and you sit in a cell while the due process plays out.

(Yeah yeah, I know, this isn't a criminal proceeding but if it were, say, February, I doubt the B1G would be doing anything at all)
