That's the house Stalions bought for $485K and borrowed $502K in March 2022.. VA loan in his name with no co borrowers. You heard it here first on BuckeyePlanet last week. Something about this house isn't right, and they are retarded for not making it harder to find. And here's the house those are registered to. Corum's NIL paying for that? A home that nice in AA is probably pretty pricey.

I have his home number too if you want to call Conor. I can't give out the info I obtained from the app I use for my profession but I can confirm that is infact the house. He did borrow more than the purchase price. You don't qualify for a VA loan on $55,000 and you have to show your taxes when you do this loan you're not able to provide a P n L or stated income.

I’d imagine he gets money from the military too? Not improbable for him to live himself in this situation but no chance in hell he’s paying all these people and reimbursing othersBorrowing more than the sale price? A "Michigan Paycheck Calculator" says that he'd take home 3,413/month in Ann Arbor. A 500K mortgage at 7% over 30 years would be right around $3K/month. Even with co-signers, approving that loan is madness unless he has a large trust fund that's kicking out a disbursement that's at least tripling his income.
Thanks for watching so I don’t have to.Gameday getting the burns in this morning:
Reese: “tonight’s matchup in the big ten is a rematch of the title game. Seems like Michigan always was one step ahead of Purdue - which brings me to Pete Thamel’s latest.”
Then ended with Reese saying, “Michigan May have to amend their mantra: ‘those who stay will be suspects and questioned”
Delaware for corporations and Nevada for LLC's is the general rule. In Nevada, however, you have to engage a registered in-state agent, and since that usually means a law firm, that's a huge barrier to shady shit. Wyoming has no residency requirements and thus has become a magnet for all kinds of shady shit.Is Wyoming the new LLC paradise ? I know Delaware and Montana are popular for different kinds of structures, but Wyoming ?

The NCAA and the Big 10 have significantly more information than is publicly know. That could come from a variety of sources such as former employees that have insight into the sign stealing (Gattis), peripheral players (CMU coach staff), the "investigative firm" having way more information than what was leaked to the Washington Post and/or anyone that has some insight that dislikes Harbaugh (a cohort that in growing exponentially). When the investigation is complete, I think the evidence will be massive.
