I agree. I think the mindset of the average Michigan fan is, "we are going to win a natty this year and then you can do with us what you will. We are good with that." The punishment can't be next year and reward them with a natty for breaking the rules.

I'd be fine with letting them play while the entire fucking coaching staff is fired. Try to play without your HC DC OC any staffers etc

They aren't winning the fucking NC no matter what happens with Thee Stallion stuff.

They are going to get nuked, eventually, for a couple of B1G championships that they will likely end up having to vacate. Just like the Fab 5, a lot of cheating resulting in an empty trophy case even before they get hammered.

Nobody higher up at the university or in the athletic department is going to step up for Harbaugh either. They will quickly boot him to protect themselves

This. Even if the B1G allows things to go that far, they'll get rag dolled in the playoff just like the last 2 years should they make it that far. They've embarrassed themselves twice while cheating. Anybody think they can compete if made to play straight up? :lol:

I can only wonder if the B1G will realize that a Buckeye victory in The Game this trade could prevent a huge embarrassment for the conference.

So they instruct the referees in The Game to flag TTUN every time they grab Marv or Egbuka during their routes. At the very least, I’ll be looking forward to DFBIA making that claim, cuz if they’re bitching about ‘the fix’ being in after The Game it will mean the Buckeyes won.

I’m looking for forfeiting, rather than vacating.

And not just firing, but multi-year ‘show cause’ bans will be appropriate for Harbaugh and the coordinators, so they can’t take another college job for several years.

Seems like a reasonable resolution, as long as it comes quickly and not fucking a year or more from now.

The whole coaching staff getting nuked and a multi season bowl ban will basically gut the roster with mass transfers as well and recruits will avoid that place big time after all of this. Their 2 years of "success" woulda landed them a major major rebuild that no proven coach is going to want to take on either, this punishment would set them back to the stone age basically. Having to build everything from the ground up.

Thinking the NCAA is going to offer leniency to some of the assistants if they'll rat Harbaugh out. Gotta think at least 1 will take it, they can't all be that loyal to Jimmah.
