I agree with all of that, especially the UM run game. PSU was consistently able to get 3-5 yards on first down running the ball and, unlike PSU, Michigan is a team that seems like they are patient enough and willing to keep doing what is working until it stops. Oh, and they are much better than PSU, too. OSU absolutely has to get some 0-negative yardage run plays.

There's zero excuse for any of the ensuing beatings, and the punishment (and charges) should be severe, but Michigan is exceptionally fortunate that their player was not visible/reachable by his teammates.

B/c it would have been an absolute stampede if they were in sight of that. Imagine one guy getting dragged across when there are 3-5 refs and 2-5 coaches standing between 200 gladiators.

Are we allowed to reply to our on posts? In which case and after further review: it was Michigan pushing the limits during warm ups and at half time and end of game that caused Ohio State officials to put in place the rule re that the home team must wait until the opponent has time to get across the field and into their locker room before crossing the field and going to their locker room. But they’re always the victim, never the perps.

Teams tend to take on the character of their coach..

And all the woofing when they win first time in years and this bravado is Harbaugh to the fucking core as was laid bare for all the see. Same is the what we didn't do nothing when someone steps up to beat them.

I'm in no way advocating what happened especially the helmet swinging mother fucker deserves a month minimum in jail.

But the repeated bullshit with the tunnel is cause Harbaugh loves to talk shit instead of just seperating the teams and leaving that shit in the locker room. And he loves it too much to put in rules that would limit his ability to talk shit to the other team after a win

Goes back before Jim IIRC… but he’s there now and could be the voice to fix it. He does have some ownership in his team.

Yes it's pretty heavily ingrained into their culture but that's also who he is. See his woke up on third base comment last year see his James Franklin was the leader of sophomoric bullshit this year..

It's who he is. He enjoys talking shit to opponent even more so when he's won.

Never understood the woke up on third base comment. It happens all the time when one coach retires/leaves and another takes over. Same thing for Freeman at ND. Same thing when Earle took over for Woody.

In the end it’s all what you do or don’t do with it. It’s not like he didn’t come to Michigan and take over a program that had some talent. Can’t help he hasn’t done much with it or increased it.
