If there's a better way to get confirmation that somebody got the Screen Rant Pitch Meeting reference, I don't know what it is.
File it under the “no shit” category, but just to further emphasize how truly stupid DFBIA is if they think the defense is the same one they saw last year:Anyone who thinks this year’s defense is remotely similar to last year’s barely has a surface-level grasp of the game of football.
Super Easy. Barely an inconvenience.
Lots of tedious work.
They just can not stop running their mouths. Simple Jim was doing it towards Franklin yesterday. Running their mouths; that is their culture. And it never stops.

We have all been slowly conditioned that Run Game = 3 yards and a cloud of dust and is therefore boring / the worst. So run game = ugh. The past few decades the Pass Game = big plays, big yards, excitement, big scores, etc. So, pass game = NEED IT! I mean isn’t that how we got to RichRod, Carr wasn’t creative enough.
But if we can all be honest for a second, when Roman Wilson is sitting wide open with no one around him it is exciting but, isn’t it actually more funny? Whoops, how’d you let that happen? Compared to; Deveon Smith barrels into the line and then just appears 5 yards down the field with everyone staring in bewilderment and losing their mind.
tldr: Harbaugh is reinventing / showcasing the run game in a way and at a level that is honestly making me wonder “Is this offense legitimately more exciting than air raid / spread?”

I'm going to say that watching Blake Corum run through truck sized holes created by the oline against overmatched Dlines isn't quite as exciting as a WVU spread option attack back in the day.
Corum is averaging 128 per game at 6.2 yards per carry. I mean, that's a nice season. It's not transcendent.
Melvin Gordon averaged 185 per game at 7.8 yards per carry. Per @buckeyemania11 Steve Slaton averaged 134 per game at 7 yards per carry. JK Dobbins averaged 143 per game at 6.7 yards per carry. Zeke in 2014 was 125 per game at 6.9 per carry.
