Wasn't as bad as I was expecting. Couple tough ones in there though.

I find myself thinking about ancient truisms like "the near post run is the most important run"

But watching the patterns, you need to beat one guy with the cross and take up another guy with the run toward the near post. It also creates spacing and timing for the far post and any slot/trailing runners. (Who in a few cases just stop their runs)

But this is all. "he's about to cross it. Do Something?". They are reacting rather than making deliberate movements.

German players covered their mouths during a team photo, saying 'FIFA is muzzling us'

Prior to their World Cup match against Japan Wednesday, German players placed their hands over their mouths during a team photo in response to FIFA’s call for sanctions if players wore the "OneLove" rainbow-colored armband.

"It was a sign from the team, from us, that FIFA is muzzling us," German coach Hansi Flick told ESPN.
