No, that guy was LB Josh Ross Cameron McGrone.

This guy was Bosa 3.0

EDIT: Josh Ross was the guy who said scUM's LBs were the best in the nation.

Even I get confused with all the chest thumping idiocy that comes out of Ann Arbor.
