What could go wrong? I dunno, I suppose you could give your best DB an "undefined" role.
You HAVE to give your best player on defense the freedom to make plays.

Edit: can I just give a quick “fuck you” shoutout to all the incompetent media dicks who voted this asshole defensive player and LB of the year in the B1G?

This GIF is one of my all time favorites, but it also reminds me of that.

Here's the first little morsel of false hope camp hype

https://www.mlive.com/wolverines/20...ook-d-keeps-players-guessing-in-practice.html

The new defensive coordinator does ground breaking things like throwing out multiple looks to try to keep the offense guessing
I think it's possible that what happened to Dan Brown's defense had a great deal to do with a drop-off in talent and a simultaneous increase in talent at Ohio State. Now it sounds like, "we don't have the horses to line up and go at 'em, so let's get a bunch of gimmicks and see what happens."

I'm concerned. This is new radical stuff that has never been tried before. Just imagine a defense that doesn't want the offense to know what it is doing before the play starts. We could be in real trouble. This is why they are called Harvard of the mid-west.
Just a warning ticket this time, but the next time you post something like this and fail to use the sarcasm font you will be sent into the penalty box with Gatorubet.

Damn, that post took up a lot of space, it may have set a record.

Of course, some posts in the ‘Staring at these make you healthy’ thread may be longer, but they don’t seem like it as I happily scroll along.

It’s also possible an old Gatorubet ‘wall of text’ could have been longer, but I’m not going back to find out.

Heisman finalist, y'all.

Not the QB, the goober left laying on his back with his ankles 3 yards to his right.

You'll be hard pressed to come up with a worse Heisman finalist.

Guys stats were nothing eye popping and he constantly was getting clowned like that or just completely out of position

HE DID LOTS OF THINGS THOUGH! not well but he did them!
