I won't argue that Bosa may be a better rusher than Gary, but that is a bit of a non-sequitur.

Bonus points for sticking with the bit that their system was designed for their best player to be non-existent.

They didn’t even use him to rush the passer or do anything else, so comparisons to players who did things is a clear non sequitur.
