Same thing with Bama, though, if Auburn beats Georgia..

1 Clemson v. 4 Bama
Regardless of winner, should Auburn beat their opponent (say, 3 Wiscy for the purposes of this hypo) we'll get Clemson Auburn (Seen it) or Bama Auburn (Seen it) for a championship game. I guess it could be worse...

Clemson squeaks past Miami, Auburn destroys Georgia again...
1 Auburn v. 4. Bama (Seen it) with Auburn winning again
2 Clemson v. 3 OU with Clemson winning

results in

Aubrun v. Clemson... seen it.

No PAC TVs are the least bit interested... no B1G TVs either.... I'm sure Herb Kirkstriet wouldn't be able to contain his multiple orgasms, but TV ratings would be very low.

Yeah that's kind of the way I'm thinking too. Trying not to be too optimistic after losing to AU by 23, but three things trend in UGA's favor.

1). For whatever reason, AU is a much different team on the road. I never really figured Jordan-Hare to be a breathtakingly difficult place to play but this team certainly plays better at home. Maybe the comfort factor of a home crowd calms the young QB, IDK.

2). Not sure how bad it is, but Kerryon Johnson is missing his 2nd day of practice. If he is limited, that certainly helps the Dawgs as he is the bellcow of that offense.

3). All time record in SEC rematches favors the Regular Season Winner, 5-1 (Saban's LSU tigers beating UT is the lone loss). But I do think it's exceptionally difficult to be a good team twice in a month. I think Georgia's a good team, so the challenge is increased for Auburn.

Should OSU get by Wisconsin and somehow sneak in...whoooo boy. Could you imagine what the media would be saying? EVERYONE would be doubting OSU. They’ll be articles daily about how OSU is a fraud who didn’t deserve to get in. Talking heads laughing at OSU and picking Clemson or whoever they play by 2 TDs or whatever. For 30 days. Icing on the cake be if OSU were double digit underdogs.

Talk about an angry team.

You know what would be stupid though? Is we'd probably be the favorite against one and maybe both of them somehow... I swear we can never get underdog status.

Clemson's offense isnt nearly as dangerous as last year with Watson at the helm. Defense is still pretty good though. They kind of skated through a god awful ACC this year. Think we'd match up pretty well with them if that game happened to happen

Nope. They waxed us on our home turf and have been steady--if not improved--offensively all year. The only games in which they scored less then 38 points were against us (31), Iowa State (31), and Texas (29). I'd guess the line would favor them by anywhere from 7 to 9 points. Now, I think if we played like we did against Sparty we could beat the Sooners...but, if we don't, Mayfield is good enough to carve up our back seven again. And I would think that if for some cosmic miracle we actually did make the playoffs and ended up facing OU, you can bet the Sooner offensive staff will spend days whacking off to our Iowa game film...

Agreed, most recently, the 2015 Bucks. They were certainly one of the top four teams in the country. Problem was, the only loss of the season to MSU was on November 21. OSU even housed Michigan one week later (which Alabama won't be able to do), and still was denied.
