I'd also add the minor detail that there have been a whopping 3 playoffs. To say that there has never been something like a 2 loss team and make it sound like that will be a major inhibitor is a bit silly. I think you can expect to see a 2 loss team every few years. Right now it will be 1 in 4.

Plus LSU made it as a two loss team in 2007 when there was only a two team BCS championship. Hey some years there are no teams which stand out. And speaking of this year, there are (2) ACC one loss teams who have been totally unimpressive/underwhelming. And one undefeated SEC team as well. But first things first ...

This time tomorrow we should have an even greater picture of what will be going on.

Let's hope it is at least filled with another OSU win over TTUN and Bama beating Auburn to get them outta here. As long as those 2 happen it would have been a pretty damn good weekend for us! Well actually as long as we beat TTUN it will be a great weekend regardless otherwise.

Both of LSU's losses that year were in OT, which was weird by itself. I don't know what will happen with the CFP, but I know what needs to happen today:

ESPiN pushing this 2 SEC team narrative hard in the Wiscy game.
Saying if Bama loses and Wisconsin wins out (ie beats us) -- Bama would still go in over them.
Fuck losing to Wiscy... but the day an undefeated major conf champ gets left out of the top 4 for 4 teams that have losses, and 1 didn't even win their Conference... blow it all up.
