This playoff system is a complete joke if Alabama gets in without a single quality win. You might as well put UCF in the playoff.

Everyone keeps using us last year as the reason to justify Alabama. Two things off the bat

We beat Michigan, a top 3 team the last week of the year, and our loss was a tight fluky one on the road late.

Alabama this year, if A&M beats LSU, has no top 20 wins, AND got slaughtered in its one meaningful game, which included an essential bye as a lead-in.

They'll still use us last year as a reason to justify Alabama. Get ready to hear it all week.

The one thing that will piss me off this year is if two teams from one conference get bids.

Well. It's in the committee's hands now. You play one good team all year and lose by double digits you shouldn't be in a playoff.

Here's how I see it... we lost the wrong game in 2015 and was left out. Alabama lost the wrong game and will get left out.

They have 1 top 25 win and no wins vs the top 10.

If we win next week we will have 2 top 10 wins and a conference title. If we win big next week we will pass bama.

Top 8 should be.
1. OU
2. Clemson
3.Auburn
4. Wisconsin
5. Bama
6. Georgia
7. Miami
8. OSU


Georgia or Auburn will lose again... so will Clemson or Miami and we will pass ND.

It'll boil down to are we better then bama... our resume is better

Why the fuck would the SEC 2 loss champ get in and the Big 10 2 loss wouldn’t. This totally assumes we beat Wiscy of course. And after today I’m again reminded that is far from certain.

With two-loss teams playing in CCGs don't overlook the appeal of a two-loss ND to the CFP committee. Hopefully, Stanford will make them three-loss ND tonight.

It would serve us well to have Clemson lose tonight. Then if they can take out Miami they could help our odds.

I have a bad feeling Bama is now a lock and Auburn vs Georgia is a lock. OU is basically a lock. Let’s see how far Bama drops and that will indicate how the committee views them. Would not shock me at all to see Bama only drop to 4, 5 at worst.

This Bama loss definitely made it tougher for us.

If Wisconsin wins next week, Bama is home. If OSU wins next week by a tiny margin, I think bamas in. OSU wins by 3 scores, I think they're in. Either way, Bama is huge buckeye fans next Saturday night.
