If it was worse than the other one-loss team's loss (which it was), then yeah, we're still out. What if it was our only loss ?

The difference in number of wins between Bama and us was one (11-1 for them vice 10-2 for us prior to our CCG)...even with our CCG win the numbers of wins was still equal with us having the extra loss. Bama also didn't get ape-fucked by a mediocre team. If the roles were flipped we'd be hammering Bama for being a conference champ with two losses, one of which would be a 31-point blowout loss at Missouri or Kentucky (essentially the SEC equivalent to Iowa). So in your view no number of wins would cancel out the difference in loss?
We had to 3 top 20 wins. They had 1. We had 2 top 10 wins they had none. If Iowa was the only loss are you saying no matter how many quality wins only a bad loss matters? Basically yep. You can nitpick SOS and all that other stuff, but if you give up 55 points and get beat by 31 points by a team that was below .500 in conference in the far-weaker division, then you don't deserve to be in.We had to 3 top 20 wins. You hit the nail on the head. OSU had all the talent it needed this year, and it’s best game was good enough to beat anybody in the nation. For whatever reason, they were inconsistent.
Rumors in the Bama circles are that there is a “Tua package” in place in case the Bama offense becomes stagnant (again). The defense is apparently still showing a lack of cohesion in practice. Some guys still aren’t 100% and nobody has played together much. There isn’t much confidence that this Bama team will get it done tomorrow.
I’m most excited to see the Oklahoma game. How will that amazing offense perform against a good defense? Is their defense better than people are saying? Can they take advantage of UGA having a freshman qb?
Domer's 2nd game of the season with a guy making his 2nd start... not exactly a juggernaut offenseDoes Georgia even actually have a good defense though? The SEC is hot garbage. Dawgs literally have only played one team with a pulse, twice, and got Tyranasaurus Rekt the first time around.
Edit. Forgot about Ntre Ame. Props to to Dawgs for playing a game above the Mason-Dixon line for the first time in 67 years.
