well, it was stupid to toss a player for that. it was also stupid for the ref to put his hands on the player.

It was even stupider for him to push off a ref and look like he said keep your fucking hands off of me.

he didn't "push off" a ref. he merely moved the ref's hands off of him. the grab wasn't exactly forceful.

He certainly did. It wasn't a hard push but it was a push. I have a feeling his mouth is what got him ejected anyways by the actions.

I've seen it a few times. Usually the ref reaches a hand out and the player grabs it and gets help up. Not common but not OMG I've never seen that before either. Should he have been ejected probably not but he probably deserved a 15 yard penalty.

I feel much worse for people who got ejected for accidentally pushing the ref in a scrum then him in this case. In that instance it's usually people pushing trying to separate people and accidentally pushes a ref trying to do the same.

UK needs to be more in control of their emotions. That tackle was initiated prior to the QB going out of bounds.

I've seen it before...I get the feeling the player was complaining he didn't get a call with more colorful language....the hand thing just pushed it from a 15 yard penalty to a penalty and ejection....
