The infuriating thing is, in brief moments, Loving can show real ability. He just can't be bothered to put forth anything resembling consistent effort.

Feels like he's regressed completely since he got suspended his sophomore year. Wasn't the same player at all after that.

it may take time, but i think wesson will prove to be a recruiting diamond-in-the-rough. he has a complete game; it just needs some refining. what he'll give in the meantime is solid defense and hustle.

Whenever he messes up in anyway it seems he gets completely discouraged and that's when the lack of effort comes in.

so far, potter is a bit of an offense-killer. it's not a good thing if your center is not forcing the defense to shade to him when he receives the ball in the post.
in defense of potter, though, he is not a true 5 and did not play as one in high school.
