Disappointed and relieved at the same time. No seance after all...

Bummer, I was hoping he could talk to Elvis and find out how he is doing too.

...worth here....

In my opinion, numbers should not be "retired". Just a player's name (and his number) should be immortalized/recognized in a "ring of honor" around the stadium. Actually I think a prerequisite of the recognition should be a degree and the sign should have the degree/year with the player's name in lieu of their number.

Re: On Jones and Barrett, Meyer called the situation "very unique" because of the way they care for each other even though they're pushing each other: "This is genuine. This is unique."

I remember several times during fall camps that John Cooper commented that "the team chemistry is much better this year". Which was an acknowledgement that it wasn't to good the prior year. You can't always believe what the coaches say about their team; however, from all indication the team chemistry with this team is outstanding. All indications are and I really believe that both Barrett and Jones are competing against themselves; trying to be the best that they can be. They both realize that having the best person at QB (whichever one it is) makes Ohio State a better team, which is what they both want.

Vonn Bell doing Vonn Bell things. Incredible recognition and ball skills.

Gibson looks ready to contribute now. Should be interesting how he holds up this week when most Frosh bonk and hit the wall.
