2015 Fall Camp Thread

From OSU. Here it comes. (Practices are closed to the public, FYI)

Sunday is the start of the 2015 Ohio State football season with 105 players reporting for fall camp drills. The players will move into their fall camp headquarters on Sunday between 3-5 p.m. The first practice will take place Monday, Aug. 10, at 8:45 a.m. (freshman only) with the returning varsity members taking the field at 3:05 p.m.

Practice Dates
  • The Buckeyes will practice on the following dates during camp:
  • Aug. 10-11-12-13-14-15 and from Aug. 24-on at the Woody Hayes Athletic Center;
  • Aug. 15-17-18-19-20-21-22 at the Coffey Road fields;
  • The first day in pads is Aug. 14; and
  • Two-a-day practices will take place Aug. 15-17-19-21.
Media Day

Media Day will take place Sunday, Aug. 16

Interview Opportunities

In addition to the media day schedule, coach and player interviews are set for the following dates
  • Aug. 10 with Coach Meyer
  • Aug. 10 with Tim Beck, Cardale Jones, J.T. Barrett and Ezekiel Elliott
  • Aug. 12 with Luke Fickell and select LBs and with Ed Warinner and select OL
  • Aug. 16 – Media Day;
  • Aug. 22 with Coach Meyer
  • Aug. 24 with Chris Ash and select SAFs and with Tony Alford and select RBs
  • Aug. 25 with Kerry Coombs and select CBs and with Tim Hinton and select TEs
  • Aug. 26 with Larry Johnson and select DL and with Zach Smith and select WRs
Graduation & Fall Semester

Commencement exercises for the summer term will take place Sunday, Aug. 9. Nick Vannett and former Buckeye Chris “Beanie” Wells will be graduating. The first day of the fall semester will be Tuesday, Aug. 25.
