2014 TSUN Shenanigans and Arguments

Cryami fans.

Yeah I'd agree with Cryami fans, they're still thinking they're in the 90s and early 2000s. You know you're a delusional fan base when you need to compare all of your best players and coaches to past players, and when times get rough think that former coaches should be rehired. I have several friends who are Miami fans on the east coast and I sometimes check their message boards and laugh at how delusional they are. Still thinking that when they run through that fog that somehow it puts them in a time machine, they're still jacking off to the U 30 for 30 documentary.

Juggalos know they suck, and yearn for basketball to begin. They know their glory days have past in football. I hear few grumblings down here anymore when I mention being a Buckeye fan, not like the good ol' Brian Kelly days... :roll1:

It's funny how Michigan fans are just now realizing, after three full seasons with Hoke at the helm, what Buckeye fans knew (and were laughing about) the day Hoke was hired, namely that he was in over his head and wasn't going to succeed at Michigan. I'm beginning to wonder if there's a fan base that knows less about football than the Michigan fan base.

Yeah, Hoke is in over his head. I do think he (alone) has the potential to go 0-2 against BYE in 2015. Unfortunately the name Michigan usually attracts some good recruits. Their recruiting classes the last few years have been fairly decent in spite of Hoke. What could easily save Hoke's ass is he has a couple very good coordinators now (i.e. Greg Mattison and Doug Nussmeier). If Hoke gets out of the way and lets Mattison and Nussmeier run the show, scUM might be (at least) fairly competitive.

P.S. I'll take scUM's fan base over Penn State's any day of the week.

I was referring to the football knowledge base of the Michigan fan base, not whether I'd "take" the Michigan fan base over another. It seems your response, which changed the topic of discussion, has taken on a life of its own.

The P.S. was an after thought. It was not intended to change the topic of the discussion, and I really don't think it did. Consider the fact that all fan bases have some (very) knowledgeable fans and some not so knowledgeable fans. Penn State definitely has a higher number of brainless, zombie, dimwitted, cultist, moron, unknowledgeable fans than any other school that I can think of. You factor in the large percentage (i.e.number) of these fans into the average of a Penn State fan's knowledge and it will be way below scUMs. Heck it may actually be below a rock.
