So, them throwing Suga out there obviously woozy and broken made ABC world news tonight. The depths that program is sinking to are just astounding. Given all of the attention being given to concussions/head injuries and the scandals in the NFL, couldn't come at a worse time. I thought all along there's no way they can Hoke midseason, now I'm not so sure. We'll see if this continues to blow up and their reaction to it. Do they offer up Hoke's head, or do they hunker down and hope it blows over?

Before it can blow over, I really think he needs to explain himself better than "Duh...didn't know...didn't see." Why didn't you?
And, aversion to discussing injuries notwithstanding, this time, they need to disclose the exact extent of their QB's injuries. Was he or was he not treated for a concussion?

as a parent of a kid who will play an NCAA sport this infuriates me. If my kid gets benched for performance, my kid needs to get better/work hard...if my kid gets hurt and the fat, sloppy, Fred Flintstone chin-having, bbq hosting, steaming pile of pig shit fuck stain puts them back in to risk even more SERIOUS injury or possible death my kid will never play for him again and there's a better than good chance my foot would have to be surgically removed that coaches lower body cavity. Suga Shane may come off as a douche...but no kid deserves to have his brain scrambled like that and not have somebody care for his well being.

Player safety isn't a popularity contest. This isn't about liking Shane's personality or piling on because it's tsun. How many NFL players are dead now, in more than one instance from suicide, directly related to head injuries? We live and learn, and hopefully, implement improvements based on what we learn. Unless, apparently, we are an actual Neanderthal Fred Flintstone living in another era. The level of incompetence demonstrated by Hoke yesterday, the complete and utter inattention to events taking place in front of him, is stunning. He has to be one of the most clueless, stupidest people coaching. There's no excuse for it. Regardless of what happens next at tsun, if I never hear his cartoon-mouse voice again, it will be too soon. He needs to go.
