I focus on MLB and NHL. I dabble in CFB, usually only B1G schools.

I don't know what he thought he was getting into, but obviously bought Hoke's snake oil. Was Hoke selling a big ten title or even national title contender and early PT? He's getting playing time and battling for a starting position at corner, and is returning punts. The problem is early PT does not usually come on a nationally relevant team, there is a reason freshman get early PT. Does he dislike the coaches/coaching? Should have seen from last year and during his visits what the coaches are like and how they coach. With absolutely zero knowledge of the situation, it seems like this is a case of wanting to be on a winning team rather than wanting to create a winning team. Even though this is a big hit against ttun, I hate seeing freshman do this. The only good reason for a freshman to leave is injury/family. Otherwise it's just the kid didn't do his homework on the school and is paying the price. I guess the question is do you want to play for one of the greatest teams in the history of football.... or do you want to win?
