People really shouldn't update Wikipedia like that. :shake:

It should say "Michigan fortunately still sticks." The wikilluminati are going to be all over them for that error.

I don't know if it's about housecleaning or not -- but McElwain was the OC that took them to NC games and Nussemeier replaced him from UW in 2012. He wasn't exactly lighting things up under Sarkisian there... so it's kind of a mediocre hire all around to me. Both for 'Bama in 2012 and scUM in 2014. I imagine Saban is looking for somebody on the level of McElwain again.

He's an upgrade for UM in the simple fact he can actually do the drills with the offense and not just roll around the field.
