I'm sure Rutgers and North Carolina are ecstatic about spending Christmas in Detroit to play a bowl game in front of 8,000 people.

They havent had one since james went down.
Them and maryland seemed to fit in well mocking ped state, being semi-incompetent, etc. but neither seems to have figured out how this 3yd cloud of dust business works.
