Well, I am surprised they held UNC out after the punt screw up. And the offense seems to ve playing with some attitude now too!

Pretty sure UNC gave up a ton of points to Notre Dame. Rutgers can keep scoring.

That last stop was big for Rutgers. Seems to have really given them some momentum. Can they keep it?

UNC came into the game with a reputation for a top 25 offense and an FCS defense...Rutgers with an offense and defense ranked in the 70s. Rutgers appears to be performing much better on defense than expected. I don't think a lot of people thought Rutgers would score the first 20 points.

The thing is that Rutgers' defense is pretty quick and aggressive, just undersized and subject to being trampled by power running teams. I think that their stats are a bit deflated by being blown up by us, Wiscy, Nebby, and Sparty. Against a less physical offense and after a break to rest up, they're likely to be better. I still expect them to wear down late in this game though.
